Load Analysis

Electrical Load Analysis

List your appliances to estimate your total load, daily energy use, and the right supply, inverter, and battery sizing for your home or business.

Your supply voltage. 230–240 V is standard single-phase for homes and small offices; 400–415 V is three-phase for larger or industrial loads. It sets the current and breaker size.
How power is delivered. Single-phase suits homes and small premises; three-phase serves heavy loads and large motors, spreading current across three lines.
How efficiently the load uses power (real watts ÷ apparent kVA). Heaters are near 1.0; motors, fridges and ACs pull it to ~0.7–0.9. Lower values mean a larger inverter rating. 0.85 is a good mixed-load average.
Allows for the fact that you rarely run everything at once. 0.70 assumes ~70% of your total load peaks together; 1.00 assumes all appliances run at full power simultaneously (most conservative).

Estimates are for guidance only and assume typical operating conditions. Daytime loads (~40% of daily energy) are served directly by the panels, so the battery is sized for the remaining night-time load at 80% depth of discharge. The recommended solar setup below is matched to your load by sizing panels to cover daily use plus battery recharge ÷ ~5.5 peak sun hours, with a 30% safety margin. A Fixr engineer should confirm the final design before installation.
